Can't see friends that are offline
All my friends that are offline don't have a summoner icon, and I can't view their profile if I click on them. Is this a new change?

Same here. I was freaking out cause I couldn't fine anyone with the same issue. Glad I've seen your post. Hopefully it is just a bug. I have an account in the EUW server and this doesn't happen there. Hope they fix it soon.
i have same issue. I wonder to know, why have this new design after update? I don't like it.
I am having the same issue. the "view profile" option isn't available unless they are online. This is unfortunate because I use this feature a lot to spectate past games of friends and can't do this unless they happen to be online. If this change is intentional, I definitely don't like it.

Is this a bug, or is it intentional on their side? Is it some form of their delusional way of "fixing toxicity"?
The odd part is that this has persisted for like 2 months now. This makes me believe that they intentionally made it that way.
Its been a problem for me since early december maybe? I reinstalled league, but that didn't help. I don't think its intentional though because my friend's is normal. Its really annoying :(
