[AP Itemization]: What about Wooglets?

As you guys know, there's an AP itemization rework on PBE. item 3089 : ~ Cost lowered from 3800 to 3600 [Combine cost lowered from 1265 to 1100] ~ Recipe changed from [item 1058 + item 1026 + item 1052 + 1265g] to [item 1058+ item 1058 + 1100g] ~ Unique Passive AP increased from 35% to 40%

Since they're making changes to Rabadon's, can they do something for Wooglet's Witchcap as well since it's the Twisted Treeline counterpart? item 3090 ~ +100 Ability Power ~ +45 Armor ~ Unique Passive: +25% ability power ~ Unique Active – Stasis: Put yourself in Stasis icon stasis for 2.5 seconds, rendering yourself untargetable and invulnerable for the duration, but also unable to move, attack, cast spells, or use items during this time (120 second cooldown).

Its that thing you play bots on for a first win of the day to not change times too much.

It's that gamemode without wards and 2 lanes, played by 3 people that you want to get gold in this season because apparently they give end of year rewards for flex and TT now...

Rabadon's is getting a rework on SR for two main reasons: number one, it's not attractive enough on mages as a source of pure AP, and number two, its build path is horrendous. I'm not entirely familiar with TT, but from the looks of it, Wooglet's is already quite attractive, and has a rather smooth build path, what with its combine cost being only 450g. If it's too expensive for the mode, perhaps it could use a reduction to its cost and initial AP, but otherwise it doesn't really have the same problems as Deathcap, despite having a similar AP amplification passive.
