Nunu just an example. You introduce another unnecessary (mini rework) only to make things worse. At least old Nunu had to build pretty much straight AP to deal burst. New nunu can rev up a massive snowball covering like half the lane in a few seconds and deal a shit ton of damage while applying some very hard, very reliable cc. No skill necessary, just decent timing, especially considering when you'd think it'd slow down as you turn (like AurelionSol ), it doesn't. You'd think you'd have a very small window to hit somebody with it before getting penalized (like Blitzcrank W change)... it doesn't. You'd THINK that'd have some massive mana cost considering how reliable and how powerful that spell is. IT DOESN'T.

Already borderline my 2nd most hated champion in the game next to Zoe (before her nerfs, at least, though still annoying af to play against.)

Bottom line is, you've been completely neglecting to offer decent windows of counterplay. Nunu could heal himself for like 1/4 of his health without any AP, but rather fully defensive. Being a hard hitter while being tanky while having great mobility? One of those aspects needs to get gutted. No champion should have all of those characteristics. I see no point in playing somebody who takes more skill yet deals less damage without being any tankier when you can play this mindless fuck and nearly solo a carry by yourself.
