I know you guys probably don't want to really put in a lot of time to make nidalee viable in lane again but would it be possible to just get a couple really small changes that would have very small impact on jungle nidalee? Could you just try out making her traps not proc on lane minions so she can have a slightly easier time trading in lane and reducing her mana cost just a bit? Neither of these 2 changes would help jungle nidalee very much at all. The traps would not make ganks any easier and jungle nidalee already has really good mana sustain anyway.

Honestly I'd love to see her spears pierce targets they kill, ala Kalista, so that a pesky 1 hp caster minion doesn't make your life hell.

Also, bigger wind up but faster travel speed so they're not to easy to side step given how immensely narrow the hit box is. Perhaps a charge module like Pyke Q even.
