why doesnt jannas ult grant an assist if you use it to knock someone into your team and they get killed?

Are there particular circumstances in which you're seeing Janna's ult knock enemies away but not apply assists? I just had a quick look at Janna's ult and it's both set up to apply assists in the spell's script on the knockback and is doing so in game.
There could be two simple fixes I can think of:
- Applies a debuff that does nothing and doesn't show up on your status bar (not sure if possible)
- Or, it applies 1 point of true damage riot pls
Mebbe add 1 true damage to Evelynn's ult.
I'm actually surprised it doesn't! I've played my fair share of Janna and never noticed this! If this is the case, it should be fixed ASAP :o

Im surprised it doesn't. This oughta be fixed.
Cuz heals and cc count toward assists.
The real problem is anivia wall never giving assists :(
