450-1350 champs MUST be catch up.

Riot I'm not giving you another F*****G dime unless I see change. The game has changed tremendously since you started. New champs are always being brought into the game. Each one more unique than the last. BUT with all that you're are failing to see that your old work has become more and more outdated. Champs such as Annie, Tryndamere and Warwick are being left out of the spotlight. They have been left alone for soon long, not having any gameplay impacting changes done to them. All the while there are new items coming in that they so easily can buy and turn what would be a fun and fair game into a completely one sided match that either causes someoen to rage in frustation or quit. Items like Devourer(which I hope you all mighty god gets removed) on Warwick or Kayle can change the outcome of any game with literally no effort once 30 stacks are gained. Or Items like Luden's ekko. Yes I know it's been nerfed but on champions like Annie or Twisted Fate they are just too strong. Other champs with newer items are still easy to face without the extra effort of having to put so much energy into focusing down that champ or having to constantly camp that champion. I'm not saying that the new items need to be nerfed or removed(except devourer get that out of here) but what I am saying is that with all the unique champions we have the older ones should be changed to fit into the new age of league. Some champions are way under powered and some champions are literally monsters. In all my life have I never been afraid of something more than I am of seeing a full ap in any of my games of league. Some nerfs are needed and some buffs are needed. Some champions need to be SIon'd(completely reworked) and some need to be Fiora'd(given a higher risk kit).

PS: I know for a fact that I will get salt. It comes with the game and I'm used to it but I am legit when I saw this Riot. "Slow down and let the older champions have time to catch up.

Never put a wall of text like this in a question. It puts people off and I'm not going to read it, same goes for so are many other people.

Yeah I stopped reading like halfway through because it was hurting my eyes. But to address OP, some champions simply need to stay the same for, and this something the entire community forgets even exists, new players. My first ever champion was Kayle. I brought her because she was cool and her mechanics were fairly easy so it was a very comfortable playing the game as her. These champions by themselves give valuable lessons in the game. Annie teaches you proper ability usage and how to CS by exaggerating the incentives of last hitting. Sivir teaches you how to react to deadly situations with her spell shield and shows the importance of engaging and disengaging. Ryze, while he got a rework, was to emphasize the play of "Windows of Power" and how to properly use them. These champions don't need reworks, they're fine as they are.

Dude, did you even see Annie's model before the one she has now? She's BEAUTIFUL compared to that old shit. As for Tryn and Warwick, they've looked like shit for years, I've pretty much gotten used to it while I wait for the Poppy rework I'm almost certain is taking far longer than it should be.

Riot has been reworking the champions they think need it, for you to acknowledge that, but still insist they just magically rework everyone into a balanced game with some level of urgency is asking far, far too much.

Other than a handful of kits, most of them aren't a problem. Blitz, a pretty old champ, totally fine. He is unique, has obvious strengths and weaknesses, and fits into the meta decently without being prominent.

Taric, while a very low pickrate I discovered today, also really balanced.

Neither have complicated kits, or a three hit special interaction, but both still work approximately as well as any champion should.

Older champions are fine how they are, they all have their strengths and weaknesses. The champions in this price range are perfect for Bronzies like me who either don't get mechanics well, **or people who don't care for having an overly complicated champion. **

Annie Bot for example. Plays only Annie. Is very high in ranked. Not because she's strong, but he loves her funness and simplicity. Was the first champion they really got when they first played league.

any champion has game changing capabilities. You just need to think of all the possibilities! Which is why I love Tristana She's simple. Easy to get, Fun. and is one of those so called "!350" champions. I picked her up for free my first weak on league and never stopped loveing her. You can play her as a seige and poke.. or as a splitpusher. (2/3 of the possible team combos) I can also Jump at people and ult them to a group of my teamates to help them get fed! She got Reworked, not a lot thankfully. SHES MORE TROLL NOW! :D

Makes me really sympathize with old Mordekaiser mains.. his rework changed him completely... </3 You guys all need hugs.. :(

I face off against a lot of Annie players. Sure they can get annoying with the stuns and damage, but she isn't impossible to face... ** I don't think she needs a rework. **

This post sounds more or less like you just got your butt kicked by an Annie and now you're on here venting demanding a nerf for her...

Completely reworking a champ while keeping their theme and identity takes 3 or more months, be reasonable, man. Riot is still doing it, it just takes time.
