isn't Blitzcrank due for a rework?

I mean he is part of the original 40 champs, and he hasn't had (iirc) a major visual and gameplay rework yet and I mean look at this guy, his animations are ugly his model is horrid to look at (not counting the skins I <3 riot blitz) sure sure his abilities are as balanced as they can get but at least a visual update for the love of god, I mean I can stand him being him rn but if I had to make a list of what I would want in a blitz rework it'd be 1. animation and model updates/changes 2. classify him as a support not a tank, or make him tanky 3. change his lore to fit "robot with a heart" not "robot with AI" so like pls riot just please
