It's come to my attention that there's a bunch of people who regard Rammus' mini-rework a failure, to the point that many Rammus mains have given up on him. I'm not here to try to convince these individuals otherwise, but I am curious just how many on the boards consider Rammus to be trashed.

The slow on the W is interesting as well. It probably should not be that harsh, but it should be there i think.
The passive is more able to be utilized, and especially with the E + W combo. So thats good.
The E att speed boost i find was better than the minor armor reduction.
The ulti, if it still damages structures (which i cant remember if it does), was made better by giving it a slow that builds up.

Just remembered about Vlad, but his W isnt canceled if he is knocked or cced pretty much in any way.
