Practice Tool needs more bots

Practice too should have all champions available for bots and there should be more than one bot available in practice tool. How are we suppose to test out runes that have UNIQUE TAKEDOWNS? Riot needs to fix their game and be smarter about this. Riot is so stupid and does nothing to fix problems like these. I would like to play with other players in practice tool and not just a bot...
