Have your ARAM Queue times increased since Mark/Dash/Snowball?

Simple as title says, personally i have noticed my queue times increase dramatically since its implementation, i have also been reading many players saying they are quitting or decreasing their ARAM play.... on the other side people have written how they are now playing ARAM because they feel more champs are viable now....

there are of course other possible reasons, im just curious if it has been happening to anyone else as well?
