Meddler on swain changes

wanted to post this because i was annoyed by the new post made after this post

"We've felt Swain's been borderline too strong for a long time, but his low play and ban rate have been a deciding factor in leaving him as is and keeping an eye on him. We're now seeing him perform really well post preseason changes, so feel we need to take some power off him. Current thinking (still going through testing, so not a locked change yet), is that as a sustained damage, drain mage-tank, that CC's the best strength to hit, hence the change to Nevermove so it's got a lower duration at lower ranks." -meddler

That argument is weak as hell.... compare Swain's "presence" during Worlds 2015 to , oh I don't know, Lee/Thresh/Riven/Yasuo who were regular pick/ban. That in conjunction with the low pick/ban in solo queue leads me to believe they are legitimately propping up those four and nerfing any competition.

Awful balancing, I don't even mind a lot of what they do like others, but nerfing underpowered/underplayed characters and BUFFING overpowered/overplayed characters is pure nonsense.

Honestly I would have hit his damage if anything. To quote them, "As a sustained damage, drain mage-tank," he does a fuckton of burst.
