mastery Icons and item decptions

could who ever is in charge of the bored ad a icon for masteries i wanted to reference pick pocket but realized there was not an option to do so. also i understand most vet players memorized all the items but could you also make that when you mouse over a item that some one's post (ex ) that it would put the stats and cost for that item
