Shen Top or Jungle?
I want to try him in ranked, which is better?
Bonus Question: TP or Ignite when in top lane?

While Shen can be used to good success in the jungle it's worth mentioning that junglers right now are judged solely on their early game and botlane bamboozling power. Shen may leave much to be desired in those aspects; he does well with a good amount of farm.
He's always safe top laner, however don't expect much success in his current state since he's pretty weak in the places that count right now.
