For months, I've been singed up for the League Client Alpha test
And still no response. I was signed up way before they started asking people to sign up for this. Are they giving out permission to one person per month?

I don't think flipping has anything to do with the alpha client.
Check your email (and spam folder) to see if you got a download for it. If not, you're just not in.
Closer to the end of the year they'll be making it an open beta
They want active players with high(ish) end computers
chances are you don't meet their criteria
