It so nice not caring about being ranked anymore.

It really make the game more fun. And it doesn't bother you as much when you get trolls.

Depends. I know what you mean but at the same time I like to actually be good. I actually like to improve and work on becoming the best I can and the best way to do that is to watch, learn, and play against better players. So ranked is a good way for me to do that. That doesn't mean I do not just play ARAM or normals once in a while to just 'troll' or have fun and not care as much. But in the end of the day, only winning is truly fun for me and I honestly feel playing normals or ARAM make me a worse player.

I think that throwing in an ARAM game here and there is good to help you break habits and that a normal game is a good way to warm up for ranked.

As someone who literally never plays ranked, only normals and ARAM, I fail to see the appeal of ranked. What can ranked offer that normals can't? There's nothing you learn in ranked that you can't learn in normals, and unless you're an extremely competitive person, ranked is just pointless. I always do my best in order to win; playing ranked or playing normals, it really wouldn't matter to me, I would always try to win. But playing ranked just adds so much needless pressure and makes winning the only goal, forsaking the ability to enjoy oneself. And at the end of the day, isn't that why we all play? You can enjoy winning, sure, but what's the difference between a normal game win and a ranked game win? The way I see it, the only reason people play ranked is so that they can feel like they're better than others and feed their ego. I don't care about that at all tbh.
