....That team loses. Whether he's on my team or on the enemy, that team just seems to lose. It's like his mid-late game is just bad. I dont know what it is, Riot seriously needs to do something about him.

What elo are you at? I feel like he has a high skill cap for once. I'm a mid main and saw both sides. Some people just know what they are doing and some don't. I can imagine he has really low winrates in gold or lower though.
