New Galio E Idea

's E (Righteous Gust) feels very weak and I feel like it fails to add anything to his kit. The goals: -Gap Closer -Damage -Supportive capabilities His E fails to really accomplish any of it's goals with the damage on it being subpar, the movement speed bonus being unnoticeable until late game, and the trail being so small and dim when intended for multiple allies to follow him on. My idea is to replace this lackluster ability with a supportive Vault instead of reworking the original E. would target an ally, dashing to them utilizing his wings, and returning to his original location with his ally. This ability fits his thematic well by giving him something that actually uses his wings for once and makes him feel more guardian-like, while helping him play a supportive role and giving him a unique attribute that would increase his viability and popularity. This might hurt mid a bit (even though his current E is garbage), but I think it's better to have a commonly viable support tank that synergizes well with many marksman (such as , essentially any immobile marksman or even mage) than a mage who is only good in very few circumstances like when fighting
