Alright, so. I've heard that this is a strategy developed in Bronzodia, and I've also heard that this is a joke started by Riot (and nodded to with scuttle crab due to how it works and the dash animation). At the same time, the only thing I've ever found on it is this video and a couple others. No MobaFire guides about it or anything. Can someone explain this to me if they know anything?

He say you can heal off scuttle with vorpal but I don't think you can I submitted a bug post for this previously mmmh. Unless I was wrong and you can.
