[GAMEPLAY] Yasuo dash stops working if you die at some point during the dash.

I was in a teamfight towards the end of the game and I was dashing around. During the fight, I died mid-dash. I'm not sure at what point during the dash (beginning, middle, or end) I died. After I respawned, I found my E blacked out as if I had just used my dash, and my character was looping the dash animation over and over as I moved. The animation did NOT play when I stood still. A game and a client restart did not fix the issue.
