With the new "stat stones" You can no longer choose 18% AS as an option, forcing you to always take 6 ad + 9% AS. Meanwhile, champs like Kha'zix can double dip into AD.
It doesn't seem logical considering you can get 18% AS in the current live set up. These new "stat stones" seem very heavily favored toward ad/ap mages and assassins. Additionally . . . 15 HP level 1 is kind of a joke. Back in the day you could start with around 60.
Just my thoughts and opinions, I don't know how any one else feels.
If I recall I think it was 78 flat hp, 17 armor, 12 mr potentially for level 1 tank stats.
And there were no OP Keystones. Also the defensive masteries were pretty big.
At level one you could potentially have
108 flat hp
6% per level
4% bonus hp
23 armor
18 mr
6% bonus armor/mr
-5 damage from champions
-10% crit damage taken
3% reduced damage
People seem to forget that tanks used to be tanks....
Now tanks get a whopping
15 hp
5 armor
6 ad
WOOT! sooooo tanky.
Let's not forget that you could also start Crystaline Flask + pots vs Doran's Shield/pot or JUST Corrupting.
