Rek'Sai Change Plz
I would really like for Rek'Sai to get her 1.0 ap scaling ratio back on her q, It would make her a fun champion to play in URF and it would allow me to have some fun in normals.

That maybe fun. I would be fine with that. I remember that quite a few people had fun playing "Submarine Rek'sai" and firing out her torpedoes.
The unfortunate thing is I doubt that would ever happen; Riot does not like when people do things that they didn't intend, even if it''s something that would have no effect on competitive play. Just look at how long it took them to acknowledge that "jungling" was a thing.
