When I was watching Patch notes 8.7 w/Scarra, something that he said about a locket gave me an idea...

What if Locket of Iron Solari was an item that only melee champions could buy?

Since the item itself is targeted towards tanky supports, with it scalling based on your health. It would help with the issue like Janna abusing it. What do you guys think?

Are u crazy with the nerf item 3097 for example Alistar Blitzcrank Bard Zilean TahmKench lock this with only melee champs lol. Next u will cry about nerf others champ like Lux Irelia Zed Yasuo or others adc like Varus Jhin or MissFortune . I think u want abuse Shen support.
