panth ult to weak currently
its much easier to dodge compared to his old ult not to mention that champs like veigar and cait can perfectly stun u because they can get your exact landing spot now

Pantheon's old R had a growing shadow under his exact land spot in the center of a giant circle that forms 2 seconds before he lands.
One of two fixes make sense;
- Speed up the jump or
- Make Pantheon untargetable until animation ends.
Its best used as a half global TP or Enter a Team fight. Thats it.
I use it to get to lane because vs 1 person you will 99% miss.
