Ultimate Hat moved to Domination

I don't know who's idea it is to move that rune to the domination tree, but the Ultimate Hat rune BELONGS in the sorcery tree. I loved using that rune with my a lot, now i have to sacrifice inspiration tree to domination for a secondary? No thanks. I'll be happy to face Zeds with that rune now, which by the way assassins still don't have much counter plays, while they do vs mages. Where is the balance in this? Having Zhonya and Banshee are not even enough, while they have a lot more. Great job riot's balance team. Always making dumb choices every time. First with the Mana changes, and now this. To be honest, I DEMAND to have full control of the balance changes of this game. I can make League so perfectly balanced that the current balance team will have to find another job.
