Riot be fair to roles when you nerf things

with the fizz nerfs in this patch (which I completely understand he is really strong) I have to wonder why there is no compensation for those of us that play him mid. The base value nerfs for top are justified but they aren't for mid lane fizz who is not building full tank. I just ask for a similar thing that kog or various other percent health champs have which reward offensive builds where by building ap you a higher missing health percentage or something like that.
