Can we please nerf tank soraka?

i dont know about you but i am just SICK of seeing tank soraka, shes unkillable and still heals a fk ton and now with this new redemption item and the items that boost heals and shields its just contant big heals upon heals upon heals and you're unable to kill her since shes so damn tanky or the person she's healing at all.

could you maybe lower her base healing by alot and force her to build ap? otherwise if she continues to build tanky her heals should not be able to save anyone from burst.

(im not sure if morello or mortal reminder does this already but can we make those items reducing healing from ALL sources? ) [zombie-nunu-tears]
