Mobility boots are so good

I still have no idea why they changed it to +25 base MS. That was one of the worst nerfs of all time.

I still get them when I'm support or jungle. It's all about that passive speed and getting around the map faster and thus having more map presence. It is unfortunate that they are the only boots with a downside but they are cheap.

Here is what was said in the patch notes about them: As the premiere set up boots for getting into - and initiating - fights, we’re introducing a strategic tradeoff. There has been some discussion that this change will hurt some junglers, so we’ll keep an eye on this change.”

It's not much of a statement but they were pretty dominant at the time as you'd see junglers get them before upgrading their machetes and proceed to gank lanes incredibly fast instead.
