sivir buff question

Hi everyone! as a sivir main, I had to neglect her since season 6 started because of how behind she was after the lucian, ez anf corki buffs. so, I heard she's finally getting some love on the incoming patch and hopefully she would be viable in the same way she was in season 5. So, my question is - did anyone play her post -buff? on the pbe or something and can tell me how good it is? does it make her viable adc again? Thank you (:
