Can we have an expensive item that give stackable +50% cdr? Trancendence would feel really funny lol

Literally just an item that gives 50% CDR. Nothing else. Costs 3000g.

Components cost 600g each, build up from the previous one (Similar to Viktor's Hex Core), and give 10% CDR per level.

I love it.

There is plenty enough CDR and CDR uncapping already I think

I feel like making CDR stronger wont help the damage burst meta so much
