Taric is OP
Taric has extremely high win rates. He is OP. But why? Is it that he is too strong? NO.
The reason he is broken is that his fucking stun does not match the animation. Every time he casts it, I stand outside of the animation, yet I still get stunned anyway.
37 ms latency, clearly it isn't lag, and I do not have this problem with any other champion. Only Taric.
His stun needs to do what it looks like it's doing. Not get an extra invisible range added to it so you think you're safe, but actually, you're still inside the hitbox.
Fix this bull shit.
