Showing buff timers without any effort on the enemy's part is terrible
The change literally makes it harder to play certain junglers because you will get your camp stolen if you don't secure it instantly on spawn
Junglers that can steal buff camps in like 5-10 seconds can abuse this way too well, you shouldn't have to ALWAYS be at your buff camps right when they spawn.
