How do you get out of d5 MMR?

At the moment i have a 75% winrate in my past 30 games and im d4 80lp but im still playing with plat 1-d5 players. This is utter hell because im still playing in this garbage elo where everyone trolls or everyone is just isnt as serious so games are 10000% more harder. How far up in diamond do u have to be to get out of d5 mmr?
