Ive been getting honored like pretty well on average and still no level up?

I get honored pretty regularly as well as some of other posters. Im still sitting at LV.2 I have probably gotten ~25 key Frags. I have a feeling they ppl that said they are LV 5 are not being truthful. Statistically the distribution looks like sever error. 1 person claims LV 4 and 8 claim LV 5. very suspicious. Also why would someone who is LV 5 be looking at a post asking if anyone was LV 3+? Would be nice if the poll was not anonymous.
