ADC's IN 2K17

Alright so I've been searching the board recently and seen many people complain about ADC's such as and . I am a platinum 2 ADC main with 1200+ games and my opinion on things is that those 4 champions are rarely played mainly due to the fact that i ban Tristana every game and at least 1/9 people will ban twitch. Kog'maw and Draven are very very rarely played and i know that they're a problem i still think that the community is over exaggerating things. If i saw those champions every game it would make sense but they're so rarely played i cant really understand the common complain of this current meta. Ive also gone against many of "op adc's" and have been able to win lane perfectly fine with and . Is this maybe a problem in the lower elo's? Let me know because i think supports are the ones to be blamed. Shields are becoming really prominent and it makes it much harder to kill adc's which can be a big problem in a game.
