QSS items need more uese for roles

The quick silver sash is one the best items for when you r against heavy CC teams and the added mr doesn't help either. But once u hav it that it because upgrading it point less if u r the teams tank or mage. I know that u hav crucible and hourglass but those r not the best for all comps. What I was thinking was two new items that build from QSS. For example QSS plus a Needless rod gives u QS Staff gives u the active and mr plus ap good for any mage right or even ap base assassins and tanks. While support or tanks can get a QS and a raptors cloak or a giants belt since that r no dancing in gold.
