Ward notifications

Now that we have the ability to mute pings, and an interactive jungle, is it possible to implement a ward notification. Whether you're in lane or setting up for an objective, you will see the enemy team ward. If we had a ward indicator we could use it to let our teammates know that particular bush or area is warded. I know we can just ping it, and type, but a general ping or warning ping can send the wrong message. The warding ping can alert our team that it's warded. It's clear and easy to understand.
