Youre being downvoted but honestly im not really sure why theyre still in the game when Leviathan and Sword of the Occult were removed. Originally it was because SoO was too easy to maintain on the already snowbally ADCs and Leviathan made itself easy to maintain by its very nature, but now that APs have moved into the ability to carry as well it has the same issues.

Group with your jg and kill them. You lose tons of stacks. It takes more effort to build then to lose.
