Please buff Fiddlesticks
His new passive is so useless. Why would you need movement speed on a champ that has to plant his feet to drain? He needs way more damage. Magic pen would really go a long way. Every single champion in this game can now 1v1 Fiddle because his drain is so weak and he is so susceptible to CC.
