Can we please stop crying about the Sejuani nerfs?

Listen, I love Sej and I always have, I even play her quite a bit. But please listen to what I have to say justifying the Sejuani nerfs. First of all, if you dont know here are the changes and my explanations as to why they are fine.

Flail of the Northern Winds (W) bonus magic damage on next basic attack lowered to [4%/5.5%/7%/8.5%/10%] of target's max health from [4/6/8/10/12%] This really doesnt effect Sejuanis early game, it nerfs her late game damage which is perfectly fine. Currently she can use her W every 4-5 seconds late game, and that % health damage on top of the magic damage afterwards adds up. Her clear will remain the same but her capability of bursting people late game was slightly reduced

Permafrost (E) base damage increased to 60/95/130/165/200 from 60/90/120/150/180 Not much to say here, its obviously a buff which was needed, I always found her E very underwhelming

Glacial Prison (R) slow lowered to 30% at all ranks from 90% This is the biggest nerf and its something that has needed to happen for a while. If Sej misses her ult directly it shouldnt still reward her as much as it did. I could miss my ult and still have it slow for 90%, almost as good as the stun itself! This nerf wont effect good Sejuani players much at all, as they land the ult more often. This is only a direct nerf in the case of enemies with dashes jumping out of the direct hit and not being slowed as much

First let me start off by saying, SEJUANI HAS BEEN GOOD FOR A WHILE NOW. She did not just now become viable because of cinderhulk. She has always been played quite a bit, especially in OGN and in higher elos. The tweaks to the jungle and the addition of cinderhulk only buffed her from there. Sejuani will still be in an AMAZING spot after these nerfs, her early clear was not touched, and her damage is remaining nearly the same.

i don't get the claim of it "missing but still slowing"

i've never had a time where my ult swung way off base and still managed to slow, but i have had the occasional time where people move to the end of my ult's reach and get slowed

am i not abusing this magical freelo boar right or something?

I think it's fine nerf except "at all ranks"... IMO maybe scale per rank is fine...

Live value: 90% slow Current PBE value: 30% slow

Proposed between:

  1. 20%/30%/40% slow
  2. 20%/35%/50% slow
  3. 30%/40%/50% slow
  4. 30%/45%/60% slow

Although the slow only works when missing... when hit still stun so fine... but still...
