Kindred + Azir Ults

Ive been playing all week on normals bc i knew everyone would be calling jg and i am trash with him. I wasnt expecting any OPness but the new buffed azir ult with the kindred ult is really good most of these games were won from a simple double ult. Maybe its just my low elo but I havent noticed anyone else using this combo and was wondering if this is already a well known "thing" in plat or diamond.
