I've had Fizz for the last 4 Weeks?

Yea so I never bought fizz or anything yet somehow hes been in my playable champ pool for the last 3-4 weeks im not even sure how long its been. I know 100% i never bought him bc i got him up to level 4 mastery but its locked at level 4. does that have something to do with it?

Nope, he wad free two rotations ago, and is free for the bilgewater event. Riot doesnt give out free champ (only for events they might aka pool party)
