Dynamic Queue, and it's underlying issues.

I just want to bring attention to a glaring flaw in dynamic queue and how it effects the game play of ranked in particular.

After a bad week of dealing with feeders, afkers, and a few bad games on my end, I ended up going from silver 2 to silver 5. no biggie, It's just a grind back up. Well, I want to point out this game in particular. Below 30 in a ranked game. The reason being is that our ADC was NOT EVEN 30.. in fact, according to op.gg, he was only level 20.. Level 20, in a silver 5-4 promo game..

I get that you want us to play with our friends in dynamic queue, but the fact that it's allowing non 30's into RANKED is rather ridiculous. If you aren't allowing champions that hit 30 and have a good champion pool to play ranked, then you shouldn't allow a match like this to even be possible.

If anyone else has observed "interesting" things about dynamic queue like this match, then let riot know that it needs to either implement solo queue, or have a pop up for groups that try and queue like this.
