Due to the rising amount of toxicity in games, both normals and ranked, have you ever considered having a vote kick feature implemented into the champion selection screen?

Having noticed how most "Trolls" are identified in the champion selection screen, either through their ban picks, or the way they interact with other players, a feature such as this would allow players to prevent such a player from diminishing the enjoyment of the game for the other 9 players. This feature would work only in a champion select lobby, and also would be limited to the time period following the actually champ selection.

I will set up a scenario Summoners 1-5 enter the game lobby on the blue side, 2 players ask to ban Ekko . The captain suddenly bans Galio. At this point, the other players are a bit confused, but one of the players is very worried. This is the final game in his series for a promotion into a higher ranking, and he doesnt want to risk dodging the game because of all the downsides.. The enemy team bans a usual champ. The players are calling out their lanes, but the captain remains silent. next ban for the blue team comes up. Almost instantly, the captain bans Lulu . At this point, all the other players realize what is going on. Final ban comes up, and suddenly Anivia is blocked from the game. The other players know the captain is another Trundle , like what is more commonly found during the summer due to a lack of school for most people, and more time available to mess around. This Shaco continues on the Trundle train as he instalocks satan Teemo jungle. Thankfully, due to the new player kick system that was implemented, the 4 other players vote to kick the Trundle , and everyone is returned to the queue, except for the offending player, of course, who is then booted out of the queue and his account is marked for review since, after all, most Trundle are repeat offenders.

Now I know what most people are thinking: ---"Couldn't a system like this be abused?"

-Yes and No, due to the severity of getting booted from the ingame lobby and then marked, booting someone from the lobby would have to have severe consequences for using such an action without any valid reasons. The abuse of this system would be treated with either a loss of use for this system, or a suspension for this player, both for a temporary while, just enough to give the offender time to think about what he had done. The main reason for the implementation of this feature would be to give everyone the best and most fun experience possible ingame, and any abusers would have to be punished accordingly.

---"What if it is two people who are purposely trolling? Since the majority of players would have to vote to kick, similar to the surrender feature available ingame, wouldn't this mean that a player would not be kicked if he had a friend to help him?"

-While it would be impossible to boot someone from the in-game lobby if this situation were to arise, A possible solution would be to have the offending player still marked for review, or simply return everyone to queue, even the offending players, and have the offending player receive a "strike." And as the saying goes, "Three strikes and you're out." After being placed back into queue 3 times, the offending player would be treated the same as a booted player, and would be taken out of queue, this time with a cooldown.

Feel free to ask any questions and I will edit in answers to those problems, if any.

P.S I do not mean to offend any Ekko Galio Lulu Anivia Trundle Shaco mains. Except for all you Satan Teemo mains out there, you kind of deserve it for playing such a demonic champ

P.P.S. Sorry if someone already made a discussion similar to this, I probably did not see it.
