Matchmaking needs to be redone, or atleast make a dodge not cost lp if there is an intentional troll

At the beginning of my ranked season, my mmr was in the 1500s. Upon being placed in b1 due to only 3 wins out of 10 games, i assumed that i would be able to easily move my way out of b1 and maybe work on getting myself into higher divisions. I then proceeded to lose my promos which were given to me upon being placed. I then followed it up with a terrible loss streak. The only way i could win games would be to have a friend of similar rank duo with me in order to atleast get one competent player on my team.

Over the course of my ranked career, my mmr has steadily dropped, all the way to 814, a whole 130 less than what should be expected in b2. I also possess a 38% win ratio, and my last 20 games i have won only 5. I have been placed with a jax who build ap against a mostly ad team. Ive had a malphite top who said he was a diamond smurf and proceed to go 1/7. Ive had the worst of the worst on my team. A sej who didnt gank for any lane, and instead decided to die to the red buff 3 times in a row, and managed to be behind by over 4 levels. Ive had every single bot lane in which i didnt go support lose. Frankly, i doubt ill ever get out of bronze. I've tried different roles. I've tried different champs, and I've tried every build known to mankind. Even op.gg tells me im in elo hell. I've had the 0/5 adc trash talk me for not ganking as a mid azir getting ganked by 4 people. I've had games where my teammates leave and afk and even intentionally feed the enemy team.

People have said that its the summer that brings out the worst in people, but i feel that a dodge should be given free each day to allow players to avoid an unsuitable match, without costing lp. I'm tired of seeing "defeat" before 20 minutes. I hate seeing all the constant trash talking without any punishment. I hate finally understanding why people say the league community is the worst.
