I really suck at this game.

That's pretty much it, I just suck. And since I'm an attention whore, I'm writing this after I've uninstalled. I don't know what it is, I don't know why, but for some reason, I'm sitting around, playing against people who are silver and gold, and I've only played ranked twice, and lost both times. What kind of ELO system makes that happen? What sort of twisted match making makes me constantly fight against people that are obviously better than me? How many times do I have to lose until I'm not against people who wipe the floor with me? It's ridiculous, I'm just... It makes me constantly feel like garbage, and it's so masochistic to play this game for me, while everyone else seems to enjoy it, I don't understand. I guess competitive games just aren't for me, despite how much time I've put into this, despite how much I attempt, I just can't... It's ridiculous to play this game. It's ridiculous to constantly be put in scenarios where I feel unequipped, unprepared, unable to do anything. So yea, if you've been playing in silver/bronze ELO, and came across a piece of Crap Nautilus main, that might've been me. Surrendered. Uninstalled. Goodbye.

You are the unranked scum we hate in our silver/gold matches.

It's not your fault, its Dynamic Queue.

I have often wondered how people get into this game these days. I have played for 6 years and now am finally starting to kind of learn it. But I don't really remember getting stomped over and over again back when I started but that was back in season 1 so it was probably a different environment. It does seem like match making in this game is becoming worse and worse, which is very unfortunate.

Placements start you at around that elo, then adjust you based on how many matches you won. I did my first ever placements this season and got placed in Bronze 3, so I wouldn't uninstall if I were you. If you get placed in Silver anyways, and you're enough of a liability to your team that you constantly lose matches, you'll fall enough to where you can actually compete.

Wow this comment really resonated with me. I tried ranked last year and got placed in Bronze 1... and I dropped. I dropped to bronze 3 and it didn't looked like my streak was gonna end so I just stopped. It's discouraging at first knowing you're the dirt underneath every other player's feet. But the day you realize and accept that you suck, that's the day this game becomes fun. My moment came last year and I've enjoyed the game a lot more since. I'm not sure I'll ever play ranked again, but if I do, I'm sure I'll hang around bronze. Hey someone has to be playing to make the silvers feel better about themselves right?
