ie+shiv+PD+reaver = 100% crit the fire cannon is useless, and it sucks on melees too

It gives you more on hit damage, and works great with the shield throw.

Also lots of speed.

Depends on what you're aiming for. Take out Phantom Dancer and Fire Cannon combined with Static Shiv really hurts when you poke people with your passive.
