main and this is actually, pretty accurate.
Towers are wet tissue at this point in the game, and their damage is laughable at best. When you can, dive in, get a good stun or so and immediately walk back while your W is active. I've secured more kills for my ADC with this method because not many people suspect you'll actually have the balls to dive em.
Also please get 
, even if they only have one mage / AP user because dat shield buff on all of your nearby allies is a freaken legit deal. Praise the sun my fellow Leona mains.
