Can we talk about about what happened to Darius this patch?

I hate new Darius. He's so stupid strong right now; just way overtuned. Even though his stats aren't as hotfix worthy as skarner's were, I would still like to see it happen just so I don't have to wait any longer for the next patch to fix this guy. But despite all this, I still want to point out how Riot listened to us and changed bloodrage and renamed it noxian might. Just the fact that they listened to us just shows why I love them so much.

Honestly, while he's definitely strong, he isn't THAT overtuned. A good nerf to his heal is all he really needs to give him some more weaknesses again, most notably because ganks are his biggest weakness in lane; given his immobility, having such absurd healing really makes it hard to exploit that (having okay sustain in lane is fine; but his sustain shouldn't be so strong that he can recover half of his hp at any given time in teamfights)

Personally I think a flat heal would work best.

Something like 50 / 75 / 100 / 125 / 150 per champion struck? Might be a little too low for lategame teamfights, but the numbers could obviously change to keep his viability, as these are just examples.

Whats wrong with his W?

It serves the same purpose it always has, a slow to ensure he can land his follow ups (and more importantly; a precious auto reset to accumulate stacks faster)

If you're referring to his mana recovery and CD reset, all that lets him to is last hit slightly better (which won't matter too much to a good Darius anyway; you'll probably secure some extra CS here or there but its not a huge deal)

Wow, I'm glad people are acknowledging this. Because I'm tired of banning Darius, Garen, Skarner and Fiora every game.
