I think i preferred the old Leblanc E without the range indicator
At least before I had an ounce of hope that I could escape it, but now seeing the range, along with the same hitbox.... I don't even try anymore.

you aren't supposed to get out when she hits it.
it's more like she HAS to stay in Range to proc it.
the counterplay here is either not getting hit, or, if you got hit, use the time while she has to stay close to you to trade back.
Sometimes turning and attacking the leblanc is the answer. She has always had the advantage after she landed the skillshot since you are slowed, and the skill itself is a snare so you can fight back through the whole thing.
