His Q dosent SILENCE it interrupts its not the same thing as a silence

just because it says i played him once doesn't mean i don't main him. and it IS a silence. it's just extremely short ( excalty what Eedat said ) if you would READ what it's says right above the enemy health bar then you would know it's a silence

That's just the coding for an interrupt. It is not a silence. They just didn't feel the need to code an entirely new crowd control when making "silence" so short it has virtually no duration works just as well.

A disrupt is the definition of a silence with a single-frame duration. They just didn't bother coding an entirely new cc that was just going to be a silence with a 0 second duration.

So no, it's not a silence. A silence is any such effect with a duration longer than one frame.

This is 100% just made up. Its just complete bullshit that you made up on the spot. Point me to where this is defined as you describe. You can prove any point if you just make up "facts". The Wiki says a silence is:

A unit that is silenced cannot cast abilities, activate items or use the summoner spells Flash Flash and Teleport Teleport for the duration.

Not only does it say that, but it then goes on to specifically list disrupts as a form of silence
